Visual content to be used in social media posts for a fictional local theater. The ad is intended to promote their upcoming 10th season and encourage people to volunteer, purchase season tickets, and donate to keep the theater running. I used relevant imagery to quickly communicate the core idea and used text hierarchy techniques to highlight the most important information. I also used diagonal lines to make the layout feel more dynamic and showy, in line with the brand's established identity.
In the first iteration, my use of text hierarchy was weaker and my use of color was less focused, making the call-to-action less prominent. The design also felt a bit cramped and unbalanced. I improved this by removing the large gold accent, creating more space for text, and enlarging the button at the bottom.
Note: Client branding was provided by my instructor.
